400 Bad Request vs. 500 Internal Server Error

"Upgrading npm ... /" is blinking

Hi, Thanks for the great tool! I noticed that during upgrade the progress indicator line containing "`Upgrading npm ...`" text with a spinning symbol (`\`, `|`, `/`) is blinking instantly...

But seriously, why?

I'm seeing in GitHub a user has an updated avatar, but in the extension in VS Code it still shows the generated square blocks.
