no-op.js very large in Webpack v3 bundle

Is there any update on the issue? I use default setting without changing any config in .bootstraprc. I get a 671.3KB parsed size for no-op.js... Even though default setting includes...

Doesn't work when chained with the html-loader

+1 I have the same problem when I try to minify my html code! [html-loader](https://github.com/webpack/html-loader) and [html-minify-loader](https://github.com/bestander/html-minify-loader) both are failed if I chain them after handlebars-loader.
