I double checked and saw that I've already trained with batchsize = 2 & one GPU. Seems a bit odd that I don't get the same results.

Increasing the Batchsize wouldn't improve the results... I was wondering if you have a requirements.txt file or something to see what kind of configurations for python, pytorch etc you are...
