No, they have been there ever since the original 68000.
This is still present in SDK 2.15.2. It prevents building with "treat warnings as errors" enabled and diverts attention from issues in one's own source code.
Now there is also a deprecation warning leaking: _AWSCognitoIdentityUser.m:1157:33: 'getMultiFactorAuthenticationCode:mfaCodeCompletionSource:' is deprecated: Use `getMultiFactorAuthenticationCode_v2:mfaCodeCompletionSource:` instead_

AmigaDOS definitely handles varying block sizes; I have 4 kB blocks on some of my partitions to save memory.
Getting this exact problem on a runner with Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS.
