irs-demo web part not working

In master I tried to start the irs-demo in macOS. Startup for all components work fine, no errors or issues are reported. On opening `http://localhost:10010` an unstyled and not working...

DAI doesn't show in BurnerWallet

`chain new` should support form ROPSTEN

Version 0.8.39 still supports MORDEN, but not ROPSTEN. ROPSTEN is there and stable and should be supported as well.
