Google Colab install fails when building wheel for statsmodels

Note I also tried rolling back to [2025.07 release](https://research.google.com/colaboratory/runtime-version-faq.html#2025.07) of Google Colab: which does seem to eliminate the need to build wheels for pandas and statsmodels, and the igraph wheels...
