core.diatonic module non-existant in the current version of mingus. Completely missing. Makes following the tutorial a little hard.

Added the to_major and to_minor methods that the Tutorial calls for.

In the tutorial, the core.notes module is supposed to include methods to change a note to it's parallel major or minor equivalent. Since they aren't in the newest version of...
