Hi there! I'm using version 1.1 and whenever I try to use a tool, the function fails with `Error: 'pydantic_model'`. I can only assume it's in line [1166](https://github.com/MartianInGreen/OpenWebUI-Tools/blob/main/functions/smart_with_tools.py#L1166). Any ideas...
