Correct k3 link to point to its own domain name (https://k3s.io). In other Azure documentations like [this](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/architecture/operator-guides/aks/choose-kubernetes-edge-compute-option#tooling-options), the correct domain name for k3s is k3s.io too.
