`v5.1.1` seems to now have the `--with-credentials` so this issue might be resolved.

Also getting this issue, seems like the chrome window that opens isn't sending back the information to login.

Which would maybe be useful for the [Remote - Containers](https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ms-vscode-remote.remote-containers)...

Could this use a `--query` flag, so it doesn't conflict allowing people to keep `--list` but test this experiment?
