1.使用[win_toast_notif.rs](https://github.com/iKineticate/win-toast-notif-rs)发送Windows通知（写得不好） 2.如果可以的话，作者可以考虑在util.rs的374行.set_notif_open()中添加文件保存的路径，点击通知就可以打开
