so I actually tried to use quickbms to extract *.res files and it worked, so it seems to be some problem with the Uniextract itself or with included quickbms

They have, but thumbnails don't follow names of game from database/playlist. In database/playlist patched roms have (Rev 1, 2 etc.) at the end of the name, while thumbnails from Libretro...
