I had the same issue on Arch and the recent [pr](https://github.com/hyprwm/Hyprland/pull/3716) solved it for me. I've also tried other GTK4 applications with libadwaita other than nautilus and that worked too.
I think the [fix](https://github.com/GradienceTeam/Gradience/commit/a5b3096782e9dd9647b1850c1447e544cc7ca23c) of #815 does not fix all the issues (for both gtk4 libadwaita `.config/gtk-4.0/gtk.css` and gtk3 adw-gtk3 `.config/gtk-3.0/gtk.css`): ``` .navigation-sidebar { background-color: rgb(36, 39, 58); } ```...
