The latest version (550) has this problem as well. Only dependencies without the actual mod don’t cause this issue, and the old original version doesn’t have it either.
And newest version with Setup too Older version works but I have strange blurry bar at the right part of the screen, and changing values in .ini doesn't affect anything...

I’m happy for you, but for me, it's a persistent issue even after many reinstalls   
Can't I get a real list of GPUs there like Mission Center shows?
