Same issue here. Publish tag version on `test/*`branch, only publish official version on `master` branch. And I'm confused, because we had two projects, one can work, anthor facing the issue

This problem still occurs in pnpm `8.1.2` with node `16.13.1`, but not in node `14.15.3`.
