DGCBarcodeDecoder fails to decode a valid 1.0.0 test result

Hi Martin, Would configuring CBOR mapper inside DigitalCovidCertificate to `cborMapper.configure(DeserializationFeature.FAIL_ON_UNKNOWN_PROPERTIES, false);` do the trick in this case?
