How can I access the Mapper's internal parameters e.g. number of bits for a FeatureHasher?

LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'm.lib'

pip install in windows first required the"Visual C++ Build Tools" but now fails due to `LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'm.lib'`

Does it need a server or is everything running on the client side?
