This is possible with `slapo-ppolicy` on OpenLDAP and will be picked up by the underlying LDAP connect if/when this PR is merged: https://github.com/ldapchai/ldapchai/pull/25

Whoops, wasn't my intention to check in the `*warn-on-reflection*` line - I can remove that, or resolve the singular reflection warning.
