Can't sign-into Azure account using the Azure Extensions from VS Code

What worked for me: - downgraded Azure Account to 0.9.11 - opened the command palette and clicked "Azure sign in with device code"

AttributeError: 'CloudAdapter' object has no attribute 'sign_out_user'

I am facing the same issue: ``` await bot_adapter.sign_out_user(inner_dc.context, self.connection_name) ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ AttributeError: 'CloudAdapter' object has no attribute 'sign_out_user' ```

POSTMAN Unable to launch. Error: THis wasn't supposed to happen

I had the same issue with v10.14 under Win11. I got off the company VPN and it was back to normal.
