It is supposed to be located at the root of the index, when downloading using http/https, as described here: https://doc.rust-lang.org/cargo/reference/registry-index.html Basically I expect a similar type of reply from Panamax...

I really hope it will be possible to engineer zerocopy out of ppv-lite86. It's introduction is problematic for those that want to keep the number of dependencies small, and unacceptable...
