TBH I switched back to the HLS GUI after the recent updates. Mainly because of the new feature which, after every single successful csim run, automatically creates a new "solution"...
Pinning HDF5 to 1.10 (and also installing python-setuptools) seems to work.
Disclaimer: I don't know the blade 2.0 at all. But it looks like aliasing in the AD9361 upconverter chain. Did you ensure that the filter chain configured in the AD9361...
