Programatically get IP of VM

Looking at tart, they [parse /var/db/dhcpd_leases](https://github.com/cirruslabs/tart/blob/afbc2e07647affd4b1341d8891e5ceb70d276bfa/Sources/tart/MACAddressResolver/Leases.swift#L19-L37). But one needs to know the mac address. How can we get that?
