Same here, terminal opens at root, always. Mac OS X Yosemite.

I just upgraded from 1.1.17 to 1.1.23 and had the same issue. Adding System.Data ref fixed it.

It would be really nice to be able to override the messages_XX.properties files with custom text for the various features.

Same here, 9070XT / Ryzen 7 7800X3D on Bazzite. Hard crashes after ~1 hour.
