Reagrding the version, surprisingly the same version on my PC contains both. For some reason I assumed the .dat is updating too.

The file is actually missing there too. Could be that it realted to the fact that I was removing it with shift+delete (no RB..). Interesting :) Of course the file...

I think that some of the libraries are depndent on python3.9 did you manage to run the app with version 3.12?
