"Rec" column still visible on Tad 0.8.4
It would be nice to have system-agnostic binary tarballs as well.
There is a real bug linked to this behaviour: after a hide / show / visual reordering of the columns, if one copy and paste a few cells over some...

Well, I'll be damned, I should have checked things more carefully. The problem is not with `--tmpdir` and relative paths, as Shovill with `--assembler megahit` fails with the same error...
Base conda was a bit outdated, but not too much: it was at 4.8.0, current is 4.8.2. I just updated and will try again. I will report back as soon...

@ondovb and @LoreVE Great, thanks! DIAMOND also released today a version with support for prot.accession2taxid.FULL.gz taxonomy mapping, so both ends are covered now.
Note: I am not a BWA developer. I've just compiled bwa from git successfully on two systems (Debian testing and Ubuntu 20.04.3). I suspect you are missing some library dependency....
