If you have created your app before July.6th, 2017, you only have OAuth 1 keys, which will list as Consumer Key and Consumer Secret. The OAuth 1 app is not...
Do you use Ngrok or locahost? Did you set the 'oauth_redirect_uri' on config file? Did you put your Redirect URL on your app's Redirect URI part?
Check your config file again. It has an extra dot in 'oauth_scope' and one extra comma at the end.
