[labs/virtualizer] Could ResizeObserver loop limit exceeded be caught

Is there any progress on this? I can't use the window.onerror workaround and I'm being pushed to eliminate this error.

It all comes down to getting my PR approved. So if the override is in the virtualizer package (or a different package), that likely wouldn't be an issue.
