在强制更新的时候，在更新界面，还没点击升级按钮，把程序切换置后台，再切换回来，提示app正在更新，其实并没有点击升级按钮，感觉提示语不恰当

@bean-liu new UpdateAppManager.Builder()....放在onStart,onResume生命周期方法中,就会重现他说的问题
