Download seems to hang without "Automatically choose Recording"

Without enabling "Automatically choose Recording", downloads seem to hang. There is no selection dialog on my Mibox 4/S (Android TV 9). (Chaosflix Version 0.7.0 from the Playstore.)

On Android TV 9 (Mibox 4/S) there is no list of videos after selecting a category. Simply hangs while showing an enlarged background image, no further progress.
