It works fine on my Windows 10. But I removed the line `replace github.com/wailsapp/wails/v3 => ../wails/v3` from your `go.mod` file. It looks like you're using your own version of `wails/v3`.

When can this PR be merged? The features this PR adds are very useful to me.

contacts_service hasn't been updated in 3 years, and Flutter 3.29.2 removed support for the old PluginRegistry.Registrar API that this package still depends on.
