Records only from outgoing voice not the incoming

I tried to record voice call, it works fine on some devices. But on some devices it only records the outgoing voice i.e records voice from mic. But the incoming...

I cloned using the develop branch. But when i tried to build the project it gives error "CreateProcess error=267, The directory name is invalid" My Android studio version is 3.6.3...
