Is the exact version of MacOX SDK required?

I used the osxcross tools on my Macbook Air M1 running the latest macOS and XCode, and it produced the following file: `MacOSX14.0.sdk.tar.xz` But the instructions ask for `MacOSX11.1.sdk.tar.xz` specifically....
