One cannot change the name of the theme from Shoestrap (for custom theme) without changing source These two commits fix this (other than style.css still could be overwritten).

Optimized js with coffee and created gh-pages Just learning coffee, haml, and sass so I optimized js and changed the demo to haml/sass buildable. And added some more themes.

Changed demo over to haml/sass for fun.
