I did look at other issues before posting and wasn't completely sure if these were related: https://github.com/orbstack/orbstack/issues/465 https://github.com/orbstack/orbstack/issues/605 I don't think so, but I could be wrong in my understanding...

Using the domain inside or outside the VM doesn't change anything, you are able to do that lookup to get the IP address, but this does have the added expense...
