I observed the same, VS 16.8.0

Disabled Menu : "Make Prettier (installing npm modules)"

Get the latest nodejs, which will install npm along with it, restart VS and it will work afterward.

YAxisLabels Formatter fails after upgrading to 3.3.0 from 3.2.0

I am not sure what to make of this, did a few clear cache operations, restarted browser and its working fine now. Not sure why it broke to begin with.
