I just installed scMCA, and it's definetly an interesting tool, although it doesn't show heatmap for me neither. @jhong26 did you guys ever figure out a solution to the heatmap...
Nvm, I just found out that the heatmap is shown in "plots" in RStudio rather than through the http link.
