Method parameters (ParameterDeclaration) are missing a property declaring if they are optional or not. Can this be added?

Evaluation of ELam does not return correct environment

Eval of a ELam now returns a VFun and an environment where var is incorrectly unbound, but should return the environment produced by the inner eval produced inside the VFun

Allow Mutate to quit after window is hidden

Mutate process not killed when done using Mutate on Ubuntu 15.04. When relaunching Mutate it wont start and "Mutate is already running." is prompted.
