Per my feature request #41 I have created a fork and allowed initial scroll position through two props `initialScrollLeft` and `initialScrollTop`

It would be great to have a way to get the scroll position of the scrollsyncpane, and possibly set the initial position from the parent component.

allow pnpm to be used as package manager

I am using pnpm instead of npm, and have modified this action to allow pnpm. Also, I added a custom flag for package manager.
