See https://github.com/Oygron/message_label for a plugin that does allow arbitrary labels. It seems to lack maintenance... but could be useful as inspiration.

Sure. It seems to work here, but an extra test is always good ;)
- Moving to the filters page doesn't seem like a perfect fit either ... maybe general? - I didn't have to change any template, thge field is added in ispconfig3_spam/ispconfig3_spam.php...
Roundcube seems to be reading that from a composer.json file. So if someone could create a minimal file for that...
