First collab tutorial gets stuck

You can try `!pip install deepchem ` instead of `!pip install --pre deepchem[tensorflow] ` I just tested in the first tutorial and all cells run successfully.

model.fit(train_dataset, nb_epoch=100) fails during DeepChem tutorial
