I'm using Blink.jl and HTTP.jl and get the same error. I've searched both of those projects as well as my own project and cannot find where it is happening.

I wanted to add I'm also not seeing the TOML icon. Not sure what other information might help you figure this out. I don't have the better toml extension installed.
