Tabpanel issues – no Jaws mode switch, redundant speech output

Also iJaws 2024 and Jaws 2023, do not read out the count on number position of a tab. Issue is reproducible here: https://www.w3.org/WAI/ARIA/apg/patterns/tabs/examples/tabs-manual/. This works perfectly fine in Jaws 2022.
