Can BindingListView work without System.Windows.Forms in AggregateBindingListView.cs?

Hello. I try to use BindingListView in netstandard 2.0 but it require System.Windows.Forms in AggregateBindingListView.cs Can BindingListView work without System.Windows.Forms in AggregateBindingListView.cs? Thank you.

INSERT INTO ... RETURN Id INTO @IdOutParam don't work with PostgreSQL

Hello With postgresql we don't need add "INTO @IdOutParam" in TriggerIdentity column. Only "INSERT INTO ... RETURN Id" will work. Sorry for my English.
