Thanks for your prompt response and I understand. Some CJK fonts (such as NotoCJK/Source Han Sans) don't support pre-rotated glyph outlines. This kind of fonts will not be exact latin...
I feel that it is definitely import that fonts and apps should support UTR#50. This will more easier way to get the correct posture on vertical.
VertAxis.romn tag in BASE table?
If the viewer supports BASE version 1.1 Variation Store table, that will be great.

When running makeotf, GlyphOrderAndAliasDB or cmap file can handle double encoding, but when tx -ufo option, there is no solution.
