I am getting same error, tried to upgrade remix to latest but ended up in different error.

node-fetch doesn't work with msw

Update: I have tried to downgrade my Node.js version to 17 --> issue still persists. (Test is failing) With Node.js 16, Issue doesn't exist mean Test is passing.
