Does it happen for all video you save?
Hi, could you provide more information? specially which feature has been broken? (as I just checked, hide UI seems broken, others are still working fine)
Pretty sure that it's not the problem with the tweak itself. try to reinstall it.

I can't reproduce, have you tried uninstall/disable the tweak and check if it is still happening?
Probably Facebook fixed it on server side, I'll check Have you tried downgrade Messenger?
I think it's a bug of Messenger itself. I tried uninstall/disable the tweak then upload a long video and it seemed not working
