[提问] 一个全局的限流队列方法

API调用过快会触发B站的风控，所以写代码的时候经常需要在循环获取数据的时候手动`sleep`一下。这样的实现一方面容易遗漏导致触发限流，另一方面不容易控制各处异步调用的频率，而且写起来有点麻烦。大佬们能不能考虑实现一个全局的限流队列，按照例如每秒1个请求的频率，从API调用的层面对全局的请求进行限制？
