How to keep call active when app is in background?

@AlbinCederblad you may need to use foreground service for android to keep audio stream if app background or phone is locked , you can use [react-native-callkeep ](https://github.com/react-native-webrtc/react-native-callkeep) or[ react-native-foreground-service](https://github.com/voximplant/react-native-foreground-service)

[Android]: Does the react-native-webrtc or the react-native-incall-manager have anything for continuing audio on app Background?
