Strange behavior if #define contain string

Before  After 

Swift version was 4.2 even though in the `Package.swift` it is 5. `.swift-version` file is removed because the cocoapods deprecated it and using now podspec swift version.

`RAMAnimatedTabBarDemo.xcodeproj` didn't included the Demo scheme that was added.

TableView scroll doesn't work on smaller screen devices while works on bigger.

### Description Describe your issue here. Tableview scroll works on devices with bigger screens e.g iPhone 11 pro Max and but doesn't work on smaller devices e.g iPhone 8/6S etc...
