ERROR: Could not build wheels for pygit2 which use PEP 517 and cannot be installed directly

have you tried upgrading your version of pip? `pip install --upgrade pip`

[mamba stops working 🛠️] ImportError: DLL load failed while importing bindings: The specified procedure could not be found.

I am currently seeing this issue with both the conda-forge and defaults channel. Running `mamba install libarchive=3.5.2=hb890918_2 -y` also results in the same error for me. Anyone got any suggestions?
